Step 1. Purchase this "Exchange / Repair" ticket. If you are having multiple items to be repaired please add that multiple quantity to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Package your items and include a print out of this "Exchange / Repair ticket."
Step 3. Ship (at your cost) to Rock N Roll Jewelry Exchange/Repairs 302 Magnolia Street Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
Step 4. We will Exchange / Repair your items and send them back to the address listed on the "Exchange / Repair Ticket."
Note: Once you purchase the "Exchange / Repair Ticket" it is still up to you to send us the jewelry at your expense. We cover the expense of getting back to you.
